It is possible to set the keyboard shortcuts multiple times

            Description

            Bug:
            A user can set a single shortcut sequence (Ex: Alt-A) on multiple functions, though only the lowest one will work.

            Suggestion:
            Make it so that the UI enforces a single shortcut sequence to a single function. Either a message box pops up telling the user they can't do this until the other function is cleared or set it so that when a new shortcut is set, anything already using that shortcut is cleared.
