Reduce the right click menu for the sliced view reads to Hide and Show

            Description

            Right click menu should only be able to hide and show tracks within the sliced view tab.

                  Passed V.13772, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  The right-click options available in the 'Sliced View' Tab include ALL options available in the main viewer. None of these right-click options can affect/alter the reads though. They include:

                  • 'Select parent'
                  • 'Zoom to selected'
                  • 'View Genomic Sequence in Sequence Viewer...'
                  • 'View Read Sequence in Sequence Viewer...'
                  • 'Get more info'
                    • 'Google'
                    • 'NCBI'

                  Perhaps the description of this bug should be reworded to indicate that no altering of reads/gene models should be possible through either viewer, main or sliced.

                  All I see in the sliced view right click menu is "Hide Tier" and "Show All" which is correct.
