select chr2 (leave at full zoom)
exit igb
run igb
in the map range box change the 2 in chr2 to 10
hit enter
the map range box now contains "chr10 : -53,832,313 - 81,702,434"
and the left side of the seqmapview is empty (it is in the negative range)
