Description
Not sure it should work like this:
1) load homo sapiens 2009
2) open a local file
3) load data on the data access tab
4) open another local file (dont load data)
5) if you uncheck the loaded file on the JTree on the left of the data
access tab, it displays a warning message, and if you say yes,
the line disappears. If you uncheck the unloaded file, the line stays there
(unchecked).

Passed V.13624, Mac, Java 1.06.0_37
When user unchecks the loaded file a confirmation window appears saying all LOADED data will be removed. Clicking 'Yes' removes the track from the main viewer and 'Data Management Table' and the file remains in the JTree, unchecked.
When user unchecks the not-loaded file it is unchecked in the JTree and the tracks are removed from the main viewer and the 'Data Management Table' and the file remains in the JTree.
