IGB QL folders nesting improperly

            Feel free to re-assign this as you see fit.

            Please note the folder organization in the QL window depicted in the attached image. The data set "example" should appear at the same level as the folder named RNASeq. It looks strange and is a bit confusing. Is there a way to fix this?
