Deleting Depth Track Causes the Load Mode of the originating track to change to "Do Not Load"

            Description

            1. Load Arabidopsis Thaliana with latest genome version (june 2009)
            2. Load tair10 mrna gene models with "Whole Genome"
            3. Right click on the tierLabel and create a depth graph
            4. Delete the depth graph and notice the load mode of the parent track has been changed to "Do Not Load"....
