If a graph is floating, files loaded as 'whole genome' cannot be hidden, have BG changed or name changed from load table

      Description

Yeah - this is a weird one. If you fill up the load table with a bunch of files, of all different types of load modes (region in view, auto, whole chromosome, whole genome), and then you float a graph you will find that ONLY the files set to 'whole genome' cannot be hidden using the eye, cannot have the BG color changed and cannot have the name changed. If you un-float, everything works fine. If you float, and then set one of the other files from region in view to whole genome, it locks down those properties... until you unfloat.

It is as if the style 'lock-out' that is placed on the floating graph is also placed on the whole genome loaded files.
