bookmark saving from Genopub server broken in 6.5 - ID: 3378390

            Description

            this worked basically in 6.4 (colors names etc... were not saved in 6.4)

            After saving a genopub served track as a bookmark in 6.5 I get the following error when trying to load:
            Jul 26, 2011 12:39:12 PM com.affymetrix.genometryImpl.util.LocalUrlCacher isValidURI
            WARNING: Invalid uri :http://epx-wutze:8080/genopub/genome/M_musculus_Jul_2007/genau/busslinger/anja/619BUAAXX_1_8417_bowQ_25_density.graphs.seqs
