Right-click menu for selected genomic sequence

            Description

            When users right-click on genomic sequence after selecting residues, they should see a context menu specific to genomic sequence selection.
            The context menu should include options to view genomic sequence and also to copy it to the clipboard.
            To select sequence, first load some and then click-drag over the gray bar (or bases, depending on zoom).
            You should see a red outline appear around the selected bases.
