Make new bookmark dialog window retains previous comment.

            Description

            When you make a new bookmark, the comment box should be clear each time. Currently it shows the comment from the last book mark.

                  Passed V.13751, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  Comment box is vacant upon creation of new bookmarks, every time.
                  Tested by making 5 bookmarks one after the other with different comments.
