I really don't see a bug here. Again, edge case - if you close the window down to something miniscule, the trays are no longer in view, but they are easily readjusted. Closing this.

            Windows v11944

You never lose the visual of the actual tab names (Data Access, Selection, etc), but when resizing back to a "normal" view the tray for the tab is not visible (ie: Data Management Table). Is that the issue?

The corner drag works fine, but I am seeing the same issue as vineeth. SHRINKING the window until the main view disappears causes the bottom and side trays to lose size. However, this is an extremely unlikely case, so I am passing this on Mac. Katy, please resize the IGB window larger and smaller and see if either of the trtays loses size...

I set the minimum size of the components of the split panes to 40 pixels, so no matter
how you drag it, each side of the split pane will be at least that wide / high.
I can change this value (40 pixels) if necessary.
