Description
1. Why does this panel have a 'Load Data' button? It should NOT. Additionally, the Load Data button is marked as available, even when the button in the main window is grayed out.
2. Range box: if you select a gene with one click, no problem. If you click twice it gets the message 'Working...' which does not clear, unless you zoom in and out.
3. If you select 'Analyze ORFs' check box, it should automatically load sequence for you, consistant with all of the other sequence loading functions in IGB
4. When you activate 'Analyze ORFs', IF the gene model (or an exon) in the sliced view is selected (red box), then the gene model gets redrawn, smaller (as if you just changes adj max depth from '1' to '2') with a 'ghost' image of the edge-match glyphs above the model. Clicking on the model makes the edge match ghosts go away, but the model remains smaller/adj max changed.

When activating 'Analyze ORFs' the gene models and exons are zoomed in on
Fixed 1,2 and 3. Working on 4.
In mean while you can test that has been fixed.
