            Description

            Open A thal. Select a short reads set (RNA-seq>....>reads) and set to Auto load. Use search to jump to AT1G50180. Notice that the first jump to this location does NOT trigger auto loading!

            However, any movement (scroll, zoom, etc.) will trigger the auto load, and it will not hang again for the entire IGB session..

                  Description Not sure how specific I can be with this one, but in general the auto-load seems a little fragile. It does not always refresh. One specific case is when double-clicking to zoom into a feature. It's below the auto-load threshold (which, btw, is way too low), but it does not update until I pan/zoom a little. Open A thal. Select a short reads set (RNA-seq>....>reads) and set to Auto load. Use search to jump to AT1G50180. Notice that the first jump to this location does NOT trigger auto loading!
