quickload will show unavailable file types

            Description

            The quickload code will accept any files in the annots.xml file, even is there is no
            file type handler for the file. If there is a file abc.xyz in the annots.xml,
            it will be displayed in the data Access tab.

                  It shows the unsupported file type, although it warns if you try to load it with popup: Load error: no file handler for file type .bid, you may need to install a plugin.

                  Seems to be fixed by Lance in r9622, 9623 and 9624. But yet to verify it.
