in Graph Adjuster tab 'Save Selected' is not working

            We need to be able to save the new graph tracks made from mismatch and depth

                  Save file uses standard file format i.e bed for annotation and wig for the graph. None of the format gives option to save the background color.

                  V.13740, Mac, Java 1.6.0_33

                  The graph tracks are able to be saved but it appears that the background color will not remain saved. The default background color will appear when opening the saved graph tracks.
                  The selected foreground color will be saved though.
