File > Preferences > Other should refresh dynamically as with File > Preferences > Tracks

            Description

            When users choose File > Preferences > Other and then change:

            Axis:

            • Foreground
            • Background
            • Number format

            ORF Analyzer:

            • Stop Codon
            • Dynamic ORF

            Change Residues Colors:

            • A
            • T
            • G
            • C
            • Other

            The changes should take effect on the main display immediately, just as they do with File > Preferences > Tracks

            Note that as of revision 8123, the changes only take effect either when:

            • User closes the Preferences window
            • User changes the Number format setting
