Description
When users choose File > Preferences > Other and then change:
Axis:
- Foreground
- Background
- Number format
ORF Analyzer:
- Stop Codon
- Dynamic ORF
Change Residues Colors:
- A
- T
- G
- C
- Other
The changes should take effect on the main display immediately, just as they do with File > Preferences > Tracks
Note that as of revision 8123, the changes only take effect either when:
- User closes the Preferences window
- User changes the Number format setting
