changing from combined track to 2 track from the DMT causes a vertical zoom error

            Description

            Load in 3 files and set to '1 track' using check box in DMT. Now, click off. The "new" tracks are created, but what happens is that the vertical zoom bar moves, and you cannot see the new tracks without changing the vertical zoom.

                  Passed V.13819, Mac, Java 1.7.0_10

                  Loading multiple files of reads from the Loraine Lab site and splitting the tracks by positive and negative strand did not change the vertical zoom of the main viewer. All tracks are still visible upon splitting of the tracks.
