Coordinate Axis FG and BG not updating properly

            Windows platform, IGB v. 9774

            Description

            Both FG and BG do not automatically update as expected.

            Additionally FG does NOT affect the text in the track, only the label

            The bug has existed in IGB since at least 6.4. The color will update if any changes are made within the main view OR the coordinate axis is clicked. Additionally, the preference panel can be used like a 'paintbrush' to change the color without clicking anything in the main view. Closing preferences, moving the whole IGB window, clicking outside the main view does NOT update the colors.

                  I tested this on the windows laptop and cannot reproduce this bug after my previous fix. Please try again and if you can reproduce explain the steps you took. If possible, maybe you could demo this for me if I am in the lab.

                  Works great. Needs a minor tweak... the color boxes in 'Other' need to reflect the color changes made in the 'Tracks' tab. 'Tracks' tab colors do update when the color is changed from the 'other' tab.
