Feature with multiple track adds track twice

            Description

            If you save attached file at two different location (on the desktop and in a folder for instance) and then drag them in, the tracks that it produces are added twice EACH in load mode table. ie there are 4 copies!

                  Failed on 7.0.0 (11920) Mac.
                  Still getting twice graphs after dragging the same file from different folders.
