[BUG-290] PNG export window should remember previous settings - JIRA UNCC

Details

When I use the export tool to create a PNG, I would like to specify image resolution that is higher than the current default of 300 DPI.

If I change the default setting to export an image, and then try to export another image, the export tool should remember the previous DPI I entered.
