Description
(1) Reset preferences to defaults, ant run
(2) Choose species Arabidopsis thaliana
(3) Choose Genome A_thaliana_Jun_2009
(4) Observe TAIR10 mRNA gene models appear in chromosome 1
(5) Choose "genome" sequence
Observe multiple gray stripes appear in the region marked as chromosome 1.
See attached PNGs.
(6) Zoom in close to one of the gray stripes. Observe they are one base
wide.
I repeated it a few times - it seems to only affect the second part of
chromosome 1.
