make bookmark tooltips look like span box

            make the tooltips for the bookmarks look like nn : nn - nn
            like the span box in the upper left of the igb window.

                  The tooltip for each of the bookmarks follows the desired format of the span box.

                  yes, the custom text will still be there, just the tool tip will be the span.

                  Many bookmarks have custom text, e.g., "here is a groovy gene I like the best." The user-entered text appears in the tool tip. Do you mean: change tooltip for all bookmarks, including customized ones?
