Bookmark comments are not working!

            Description

            in IGB 6.7 release...

            If you add comments in the creation box OR after you make the bookmark, they are not saved! But the comments for folders are working fine...

                  Testing on development branch IGB 8_1
                  The comments are being added to bookmarks.
                  However when exported I could only see the comments of folders
                  but not individual tracks

                  Passed V.13751, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  Comments for folders and bookmarks all work, when creating the bookmarks/folders and also after they have been created.
