Autoload NOT working

            Description

            Load a bam file (A. thal>RNA-seq>...Reads), zoom to 1 gene. Set Load Mode (Data Access tab > data management table) to autoload. Zoom in past the autoload mark. Make sure it autoloads
            test on branch v.7786
