Description |
If you can get info from 'Ensembl' for a species (ie. Bos taurus) the issue below does not exist. For any species that 'Ensembl' does not support info for or that does not have 'IGB Quickload' as a data source (ie. Apis mellifera) this issue does exist. To reproduce: Rattus norvegicus -> Nov_2004 Pref -> Data sources Activate 'Ensembl' (Data sources disappear and Genome version resets) Inactivate 'Ensemble' and choose Genome Version: Nov_2004 again Load a couple of tracks from 'Data Sources..." Activate 'Ensembl' (All information disappears) You can inactivate 'Ensembl' and choose genome version again to bring back the tracks, but you have to reload the data again. |
