Changing the nucleotide color while sliced view has ORF selected makes the ORF tracks disappear

            Description

            Highlight a gene so it appears in sliced view. Click Analyze ORFs. Open Pref > Other and change a color of A, G, C, or T. See that the ORF 'tracks' disappear. Clicking the ORF box off and then on restores them.

                  Passed V.13772, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  No peculiar behavior occurred when changing the colors of nucleotides with the 'Sliced View' Tab open. The 'Analyze ORFs' box was checked and unchecked to test if that made any difference as well. Nothing out of the ordinary.
