imprecision when entering a range

            Description

            When entering a range into the range box, IGB will zoom to the approximate region, but not the exact region specified. For example, on hg19, entering "chr4:100-10000" will send IGB to something like "chr4:0-10420". Strangely, entering the same range again will send IGB to the correct location.
