Data Management Table does not show Track Name in certain situations

            Description

            This issue can be created in two ways... load a file from IGB quickload, then create a quickload which loads the URL for the identical file. Alternatively, create a depth graph, then create a second one withOUT moving the zoom or location.

            In both cases, 2 tracks are listed in the Data Management table, but one track does NOT show the Track name. Hiral say that even though the tracks are loading/creating in a bugged fashion, the Data Management table should NOT know that - it should always show the proper information.
