Some web links Test

            Description

            I just find out some of our web links does not work because of the wrong regular expression. I had fixed it in both 7.0 and 6.7 version.

            I need you to do some test(just load some related data and right click to see whether the specific link is appear or not) before release 6.7 again.

            Following is the web links(name) I had updated:
            GenBank EST and NCBI.
