Select annots when saving file

            Description

            Now the user can select a track and save it to a file. It would be more useful
            if the user could select some annotations in the seq map view, and then when the
            file is saved, only those selected annotations would be written to the file.

                  It works, but only when using the select tool to click-hold and drag over the annotations that you want to save. If you hold shift and click different annotations you can save, but when you open the file there are no annotations saved.

                  Also, after right click > 'Save Seleted...' I type a 'File name' and click the 'Save' button and nothing happens. Then when I click the 'Save' button again it will save and close the save window.

                  Added in r10881 but this option for now is only added in the right click popup menu.
