Preferences > Other unchecking 'keep zoom stripe in view' does NOT remove the zoom stripe from view

            Description

            I tried unchecking it, zoom stripe present. Then closing the preferences window, zoom stripe remains despite various zoom levels and movement. I closed IGB, reopened and the zoom stripe is still present.

            Also check using the View dropdown menu
