Slice View: Analyze ORF should set the slice buffer to 0

            Description

            When 'Analyze ORFs' box is selected, it should AUTOMATICALLY change Slice buffer to '0'. This will make using the ORF analyzer much easier and much more obvious.

                  Passed V.13772, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  When checking the 'Analyze ORFs' box the 'Slice Buffer:' changes from 100 to 0 as expected.
                  Unchecking the 'Analyze ORFs' box causes the 'Slice Buffer:' to revert back to 100.
