refresh to new window size in Export Image window

            Description

            When a user is making a new image from IGB, she needs to be able to adjust the window size while looking at the Export Image window. When she resizes the main IGB window, the Export Image sizes should refresh, but the resolution should not change.

            To test:
            A) Open IGB.
            B) File->Export Image.
            C) Resize IGB window.
            D) Width, Height, and pixels labels (XXX x XXX pixels) should refresh to show the new dimensions of the window

                  Two things will help immensely:

                  1. Make the refresh button grayed until the user resizes the main window, WHILE the export window is open. Then make it clickable and highlighted in blue - this will make it obvious why it is there.

                  2. Make a tool tip for the refresh button "Refreshes the size and the preview to the current dimensions of the image."

                  Does not auto adjust - you have to click the different export options to get the 'size' boxes to update to current size. But if you change option from main view, to something else and then back to main view - the numbers do update.
