Refresh repository server cause NPE

            Description

            Open Preferences > Plugins Repositories > Click of refresh button of any server

            Also when you unselect any repository, it should not show warning message.

                  Passed V.13821, Mac, Java 1.7.0_10

                  The refresh option in the 'Plugin Repositories' table is grayed out and disabled when a plugin is unchecked, avoiding this issue altogether.

                  No issues or errors display when refreshing, checking, or unchecking any of the repositories.

                  If a server is unchecked, and the plug-ins are removed from the list, but then you click refresh on the repository, it fills in the table will all of the plug-ins even though it remains 'not enabled'

                  To repeat, turn off both repositories. Click the refresh icon (Pref>plugins) and look at the plug-in tab table. The plug ins are all listed, but are listed withOUT the repository name
