IGB 6.7.1 released version
Description
Please fix this one, if at all possible, for upcoming 6.7.2 release.
I'm fixing the color schemes for all our IGBQuickLoad data sets and need to be able to set the background and foreground attributes for graph data files as well as annotations and read alignments.
I re-did the "annots.xml" for the A_thaliana_Jun_2009 data source and noticed that the background and foreground attributes are being ignored for the bedgraph.gz files.
Please fix so that all reasonable attributes are supported - see: https://wiki.transvar.org/confluence/x/0YIHAQ.
To test, you can use this annots.xml: http://bioviz.org/quickload/A_thaliana_Jun_2009/annots.xml and quickload site http://bioviz.org/quickload

Please fix this if at all possible for upcoming 6.7.2 release. I'm fixing the color schemes for all our IGBQuickLoad data sets and need to be able to set the background and foreground attributes for graph data files as well as annotations and read alignments. If at possible, please also change graph display default so that when graphs are first loaded, the y axis is shown. By Monday am I hope to have a testing QL site available that will have all the new colors set up. |
