Tracks not selecting properly in Edit > Select All > ...

            Description

            Windows v11808

            When "Edit > Select All > Tracks" some tracks are being selected and some are showing as half selected as seen in the attached picture (select.png).

            When shift-selecting multiple tracks then "Edit > Select All > No tracks" some are showing as half selected.

                  Passed 7.0 (11840). I did notice however if you "Edit > Select All > Tracks" without any tracks selected prior (clicked on) then the track is zoomed in on so that only one track can be seen unless you scroll down. All of the tracks are selected though.
