Annotations disappear if made 1 track and then collapsed

            Description

            Load homo sapiens. Collapse the ref annotations - works fine. expand. Now make 1 track, collapse, annotations disappear.

                  Passed V.13839, Branch, Mac, Java 1.7.0_10

                  Tested with H. sapiens Feb 2009 and the annotations did not disappear. Be sure to check that annotations are present when first loading, by using the vertical zoom of the main viewer.
