hide a tier from view in the sliced frames, change codon color, the hidden track reappears

            Description

            Open any 2 tracks, select a gene so it appears in sliced view, then hide one track from the sliced view (right click menu hide). Open Pref > Other and change the color of a codon. The hidden track reappears.

                  Passed V.13780, Mac, Java 1.7.0_10

                  Tested against all state change features.
                  Hidden track does not reappear.

                  FAILED V.13780, Mac, Java 1.7.0_10

                  As stated in Alyssa's comment, ANY state change will cause the hidden tier to reappear in 'Sliced View'.

                  State Changes Tested:

                  • 'Analyze ORFs' activation
                  • ANY color change for the track, ORFs, nucleotides
                  • Any change to 'Codon Display'
                    • Name and font size changes do not make the hidden tier to reappear.
                  • No errors or exceptions appeared in the Java console either.

                  Load homo sapiens.
                  Load 'mrna' in addition to refseq.
                  Make single track.
                  Double click on a gene to zoom and select.
                  Open sliced view.
                  Both tracks appear in sliced view. From sliced view, right click the mrna track and select hide. Now, ANY state change than can affect the sliced view appearance (file>prefs>other>residue color, file>pref>other>ORF analyzer color, click on Analyze ORFs, changing the Slice buffer size) makes the hidden track reappear.
