image export does not include title bar

            Description

            Please re-assign as you see fit.

            When I use Export Image ... to export Whole Frame or Genomic Residues Viewer, the title bar should also be exported.

            Title bar is useful because it reports

            • genome version (in case of main view)
            • selected gene model (in case of sequence viewer)

            It's probably more important to see the title bar for the Genome Sequence Viewer, so if time is limited, fixing the export function for the sequence viewer is higher priority.

                  Note:
                  This needs to be tested on Mac and Windows.
                  Also try resizing image and see the result.

                  Windows v11535

                  The exported image does contain title bar for both the 'Whole Frame' and the 'Genome Sequence Viewer'. However, adjusting size (either by pixels or inches) does not change the image. Tried multiple sizes and saved file to desktop, but the image remained the same every time.

                  v.11743

                  .png and .jpeg do NOT export at different sizes and the resolution has no effect

                  .svg DOES change based on size, does NOT have the title bar, and properly disables the resolution.

                  I recommend at this point (until we can fix it) that the entire "Image Size" box be removed from the export panel, and the 'refresh' button be moved into the "preview" box.
