Data load popup shows multiple times

            Description

            If I have more than one track that is not loaded, then I hit load data
            while zoomed out, the popup box "To display your data, zoom in and click Load Data."
            pops up once for each track, it show only popup one time.

                  But if you check off the box, close igb, reopen withOUT clearing and then drag in a file - does the popup reappear?

                  Windows v11861

                  For each file I drag in from desktop, the popup appears. If I click the check box to not show the popup again, then it does not appear when I drag in another file.

                  I only ever see this one time, and it is only when I drag a track in from desktop or URL...
