FAILED due to 'Select All' button

V.13526, Mac, Java 1.06.0_37

• No Species Loaded:

    • 'Select All'-FAILED
      • Will select all tracks EXCEPT for the last track in the list. Tested for Homo Sapiens, H_sapiens_Feb_2009 with 2 .bam files, 1 .vcf file, RefSeq track, and the Coordinates track. Tested with only the RefSeq track and Coordinates and issue persisted.
    • 'Restore to Default'-PASSED
      • Passed but seems to hang after clicking with no tracks selected (button remains dark gray as if just pushed for a second)
  • Tracks List:
    • 'Track Name'-PASSED
      • Track name synchronized with track name in 'Data Access' Tab and in track name of main viewer and vice versa when adjusted from main viewer (right click) and 'Data Access' Tab
      • Name can be changed to anything including numbers, symbols, and very long names by double clicking on track name (except for Coordinates)
      • 'Track Name' header is not resizable
      • Selected tracks turn blue to indicate they are selected
      • When selecting one track, previously selected track is deselected(goes back to black) and can select multiple tracks via 'Select All' button or by holding down shift or command and selecting desired tracks
    • 'BG'/'FG'/'Size'-PASSED
      • Colors for BG and FG are adjustable by clicking on the desired tracks BG and FG and are synchronized with the 'Data Access' Tab and in the main viewer (except for Coordinates track) and vice versa when adjusted from main viewer (right click) and 'Data Access' Tab (clicking radio buttons of FG and BG)
      • Colors, When 'None' selected for BG or FG, current color remains, when 'More Colors' is chosen, all following buttons and choices work
      • Size of font for each track adjustable by clicking on desired tracks font size and are synchronized with the main viewer (except for Coordinates track) and vice versa when adjusted from main viewer (right click)
      • Coordinates 'BG'/'FG'/'Size' CANNOT be changed on their own but CAN be changed when selected with multiple tracks and adjusted in the 'Properties' Panel below

• The number of tracks listed in this panel are synchronized with the tracks in the Data Access panel.
• The Display name is synchronized with track list table,Properties and with right click-> change display name.
• Track name size is synchronized with track list table,Properties and with right click-> change track name size.
• BG and FG colors are synchronized with track list table,Properties and with right click-> change BG and FG color.
• BG and FG color adjustments are working fine but when we go for more colors option the color gets updates correctly but throws an exception in the console reported as bug (Bug-263).
• Restore to default button works fine.
• Select All button works fine.

• Track name textfield and Apply button works as intended
• BG and FG color adjustments even here produce the bug (BUG-263).
• Name size dropdown list works fine but manual entry into it has to be restricted reported as an improvement (BUG-264).
• Maximum Stack depth and Label field options works fine.
• Show two tracks, connected, collapsed check boxes also works fine.

• The + and - strand color adjustments works fine but when we select the more colors option it again produces the bug (BUG-263)
