Empty Graph track stays gray after hit load data

Passed V.13751, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

Followed directions posted by Alyssa, 2 comments above, and background changes from dark grey (not yet loaded data) to a light grey background with data if present.

Fixed in r11889.

I am attaching one of these files. To recreate bug: Load homo sapiens, go to chr21. drag in this file. See that the track is grey. Hit load data. Data pops in on black background (good). NOW change to chr1. ref track pops in on black, this file is on grey. hit load data. There is no data in this file for chr1, BUT IGB should indicate that it tried to load by changing the grey background to black, and just show no data.

in v.11848, the original problem remains. The track is gray, then I hit load data, and the track remains gray instead of changing to black.

Fixed in r11805.

It's seems be other way around now. Now even before you hit load data, its black only.

Use any of the attached files from https://igbjira.uncc.edu/jira/browse/IGBC-209
They all have data on chr21, but not on any other chr

Please give me a test case - either a file that creates and empty graph or an example from accessible data...
