Description
1. Open A thaliana, TAIR10. Zoom in on a single gene.
2. Load data set NetAffx (DAS2) > affy > ATH1-121501 and load data.
3. Move to a new gene. Set load mode to "Don't Load" on the ATH1 data set. Load data should not be available.
4. Now add the AG netaffx concensus data set. Leave it set to 'region in view'. Load data button should now be available; load data with the button.
5. The AG set should load and the ATH1 set should not. Move to chromosome 2. Only the TAIR10 (set to genomic) should load. Zoom in on a single gene and hit Load data. Again, AG should load, ATH1 should not.
Testing Results:
Sept 27, 2010 - Alyssa Gulledge
Version 6.3.1 (6959) Based on the test case description, this seems to be working properly. After loading the 'region in view' or 'whole chromosome' for chr1, and then setting to 'don't load', the affy set did not show up in on any other chromosome. It was retained, even while set to 'don't load', on the view of chr1.
