Anuj - I am assigning this to you so that you can see several issues that you missed...

Notably, if you change any color and select 'more colors' a significant error is thrown to console. Also, the autoload ALWAYS chifts the image to graph when loading very large amounts of BAM data - even if the option is off. Also, the failure of the warning about loading too much data should have been noted in your GUI test notes. Some of the bugs Katy has reported are specific to windows, but there are many Mac issues that have come up that you missed. Please be sure to check with me if there is a function that you are unsure of how to test (ie you don't know what it should do, or what it should look like if it is working).

• Color adjustments do not auto-update instead the color gets updated once the coordinates are clicked on the IGB.
