Bookmarks do NOT remember track name changes

            Description

            If you change the name of a DATA track and then bookmark it, it will NOT remember the name you have given it. HOWEVER, if you change the name on a GRAPH track, the bookmark will remember it.

                  Passed V.13758, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  Tested using multiple graphs and data tracks, re-opening bookmark after name changes, opening bookmark after closing IGB, and opening bookmark after resetting IGB.

                  This works fine after restarting IGB or if the bookmark has not been loaded previously.

                  When I load a new track (say track "a") and bookmark it. After that I rename it to "b" and then I double click that bookmark. The name will
                  be changed back to "a". But the tier label field in seq map view does not update accordingly.
