Preferences>Other changing the residue colors does not work

            Description

            When I open the preferences window, select the 'Other options' tab and change the colors as set for the residues they a) do not change dynamically as I make selections in the preferences window and b) do not change at ALL even after closing the preferences window. In addition the preferences>tracks tab has buttons allowing a refresh after making changes AND a ticky-box to allow for auto-update after making changes. This tab does NOT have those options and should.

                  Passed version 9770 on Windows

                  If you want to change the colors of the residues when running a search, you have to click the search button again after changing the colors. As a user it would be nice to have a "Apply" button on the "Other Options" tab to put the color change into affect or any other options on that same tab.
