Track Operations: when a single track is selected, the 'multi track' options should greyed out

            Description

            Currently if you select a single track the multi track operations combo box and apply button are active.

                  Summary Track Operations: based on track selection, either the 'unary op' or the 'multi op' should greyed out Track Operations: when a single track is selected, the 'multi track' options should greyed out
                  Description Currently if you select a single track the multi track operations combo box and go button are active. The reverse is also true. You should NOT be able to access the multi box if only one track is selected and vice versa. Currently if you select a single track the multi track operations combo box and apply button are active.
