Bookmarks are loading the whole chromosome worth of file as opposed to only bookmarked region.

            Description

            Load a few files, zoom to a gene. Bookmark gene region only. Close IGB, reopen. click bookmark. Then zoom out - see whole files loaded. That is BAD!!!

                  Passed V.13758, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  Tested with a 9 track bookmark. The only track that fully loaded was the RefSeq track, as it should because by default it is set to 'Genome' for 'Load Mode'.
