Track label size can't be changed on joined graphs

            Description

            make a joined graph. try changing track label size from right click or track adjuster - doesn't work.

                  Passed V.13686, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  'Joined Graph' track label font size will change per the user selection through:

                  • 'Graph' Tab > 'Style' Panel > 'Track Label Font:' drop down menu

                  Change will be reflected in this drop down menu via chosen number.

                  FAILED

                  'Joined Graph' track label font size has issues with being changed.
                  This version of IGB does not have right-click track label/color adjustment menu.
                  'Graph' Tab 'Style' Panel will not properly adjust 'Track Label Font' either.
